I had an extremely disappointing experience here. After my service I was extremely depressed and insecure of my looks. I went there to get a boost of confidence. Instead, I left feeling defeated, ugly, worthless and with a head full of gel flakes. This was the worst experience. We choose hair cut. The girl was rude and filing her nails in between poorly washing her hair. She cut her hair and it was not even. After the hair cut, took the cape off, and said all done leaving her hair soaking wet. Never even offered to dry and style it.
