I have nothing but positive things to say about Fx collision center. The staff was very friendly and professional. Kirk in particular was very accommodating and easy to work with. I recommend the Fx Collision Center on the basis of the friendly & personal service by the owner, office staff and technicians. They are a very warm & welcoming team, plus reading the company's values on the wall of the front office is also seen in the service they provide.

I went to FX because of their good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The owner (?) went out of his way to make sure I had been helped and then himself helped me get out of the door with all my stuff. The receptionist intercepted a discouraging phone call from Enterprise and personally spoke with them to get me more convenient transportation. The work was perfect and done within the time quoted. Kirk and his staff have provided me the best customer experience I've had in the automotive world to date. There are no other shops in the area that can provide the level of skill and professionalism that they do. I own a Mercedes E550 on which I needed a rear diffuser installed to accommodate a custom AMG exhaust set up. Three words come to mind....CROOK, SCUMBAG, and another that begins with A and ends with HOLE. DO NOT do work for this company if you like to get paid for what you do. Three more words come to mind for all who have been given a fraudulent check, ( which apparently are many).. CLASS....ACTION.... LAWSUIT.Oh, and three others.....BETTER. ...BUSINESS.....BUREAU
I highly recommend this car repair business. The owner, Kirk, is honest and straight forward. He will explain in detail the work his folks will do before hand and show you different options to approach the repair. The work his folks do is a great price for great work. You can't ask for a better deal than this.
