After 3 years I'm still waiting to get the dent out that they promised when I bought it. Every 6 to 8 months my left rear tire is bald and when I asked about a car Fax there was always some reason they couldn't do it I bought 3 vehicles from F X and had bad experiences with all 3. Never again.
9/2025 This is for the sales department only. Does not return calls. I have left voicemails, spoke with sales about a vehicle on the lot for a price. I was promised a return call or text. Never received. The showroom is certainly never busy enough to not get back to potential customers.
Garrett was great to work with! He helped us find what we were looking for when upgrading our family vehicle. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
I love Caprara Ford I hadn’t driven my car for a year because I had taken it to six different mechanics in Ogdensburg they were all telling me it was a wiring problem as they were charging me and some of them had my vehicle for three Months at a time. I had gotten two batteries from Auto Zone and because I was a woman they gave me two bad batteries and grabbed my receipt. I also went to another place that put in a battery and his was no good so Caprara told me it’s just the battery and put in a different one and my car works... read more
