Local Ford dealership never followed up on my appointment to address a recall issue. FX Caprara took care of it. The 40 mile round trip was well worth it. I am very pleased.
Best car buying experience we have had. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We never felt pressured or pushed into a car. Once we made our decision they had everything ready for us to take home our car that day. Our sales person and the finance department were excellent. Highly recommend getting your next car with them!

Very disappointed. I had purchased a 2018 f150 used from this dealership . When I bought it they said they would give me a second key they just had to have it made but the guy who did that was not in . They would not give me my second key. When I purchased the truck I called multiple times and went in and they said they had no record of owing me another key. If I wanted one I would have to pay almost 500$.
