Was in town from Florida and had an issue with a break light. The service advisor Nolan G was amazing! Got me right in and determined it was simply a lose wire. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!
I want to thank Taylor for all his help. He went ABOVE and beyond to help me. I wanted a very particular vehicle and he did everything he could to get it for me. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Caprara - they make you feel important and treat you like friends/family!
We bought a 2024 Mitsubishi outlander. George was responsive, professional and helped us every step of the process. Staff was friendly and professional never felt pressured to buy and explained everything in detail. All in all we had a pleasant experience and I will look forward to buying my next car from them. 5/5 doesn’t do it justice.
