I bought my car about a month and an half ago and absolutely love my car. I do love the car but the price is a lot more than I was told, I never did get a hitch on it that I was very specific about needing. I was actually told after picking up the car that I can go somewhere and pay a few hundred to get one. Bought a new jeep from them. Had a issue with a light coming on and saying oil life was at 0 percent. They tried to fix at least 4 times. They came back with you need to get a oil change every 500 miles No help at all from manager and owner!!Adam from maintenance did help us alot . Finally went to court for lemon law and won. Done business with them for over 30 years . Never! Will again.
The service team was absolutely amazing. After dealing with Bob Johnsons for 3 months I decided to try a different dealership and I am so glad I called FX. The service team knew exactly how to fix my problem with my jeep just by listening to the issues I was having via our phone conversation. They ordered the parts and as soon as all of the parts came in they got my jeep in and it is now back in working condition. I can't say thank you enough.

FX Capraras dealerships are awesome!! I have trusted them for several years with several vehicles. Many of my family and friends feel the same way. Whether it is the CDJR in Alexandria Bay or Honda in Watertown both the sales and service staff are the best in the business!! My friends, family and I highly recommend FX Caprara.
