This is my first week attending several classes here and I am very happy to report how clean, organized, inclusive, and thoughtful FWRD is. I have loved every class and instructor! After a couple years being on a hiatus from facility exercises due to having my baby, they have made it not only easy but enjoyable to get back into the swing of things. Excited to continue my classes here and get my membership soon.! I highly recommend starting off with a one week pass and going as much as you can to get to know all the classes.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Fwrd+! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth not only from the welcoming staff but also from the instructors and fellow members. It truly feels like a community here, where there's so much more happening than just exercise classes. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of it! I cannnot say enough good things about FWRD fitness. It truly feels like more of a community than a gym, and has become my home away from home. I started attending classes about 6 months ago, without any experience or idea what I was getting myself into. I now find myself there 4 days a week, minimum.
