Absolutely fantastic experience at Fwrd+! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth not only from the welcoming staff but also from the instructors and fellow members. I cannnot say enough good things about FWRD fitness. It truly feels like more of a community than a gym, and has become my home away from home. I started attending classes about 6 months ago, without any experience or idea what I was getting myself into. I now find myself there 4 days a week, minimum. As someone who doesn’t enjoy sports, I am celebrating my 100th class today at FWRD and I wanted to write and share this here because FWRD is a fantastic mix of excellent instructors, a good vibe, soaring and happy muscles each and after every class, a supportive community, and an inspiring boss I’m so grateful to have found this place and to have incorporated sports into my life!
