I cannnot say enough good things about FWRD fitness. It truly feels like more of a community than a gym, and has become my home away from home. I started attending classes about 6 months ago, without any experience or idea what I was getting myself into. I now find myself there 4 days a week, minimum. As someone who doesn’t enjoy sports, I am celebrating my 100th class today at FWRD and I wanted to write and share this here because FWRD is a fantastic mix of excellent instructors, a good vibe, soaring and happy muscles each and after every class, a supportive community, and an inspiring boss I’m so grateful to have found this place and to have incorporated sports into my life!
FWRD is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! I workout here 2-3 times a week, and it has truly become a second home. One of my favorite things is the childcare offered during most classes. The staff are so sweet and caring, and my 3-year-old genuinely loves going—it makes it so much easier for me to focus on my workout.
