Prompt and responsive set-up for delivery. And once on site, Keith and his colleague were outstanding: methodical & professional. I've been on Squam Lake for 25 years and have rarely found such a good product, service, and delivery combination.
Very Satisfied with FWM Docks. The sales process was easy and low key. Mike Barry Jr. was very professional and patient. The facility is very impressive with lots of activity. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. It was nice to hear the guys talk about how much they liked working for FWM. Some even said it was there favorite place to work. A great reflection on the company. As for the dock itself, the quality is excellent and it looks awesome.

I bought an EZ-Dock last week from Keith at FWM Docks and was very pleased with the experience. Keith helped me configure the dock with the right components, made sure I had the right trailer for pickup and instructions. He also followed up with my questions to make sure the installation went smoothly. The dock is great and exactly what we were looking for. It was also a great father son project putting it together.
Does not stay in place. Pieces up floating away and cracking. Year after year. Done with ez dock... never again
