Ordered filters for my reverse osmosis system in April. Worked with a guy named Gerry. Had to call multiple times to check, each time he would say something like 'oh thats odd, hang on a sec let me call you right back." Then would never call back. My voicemail went unanswered. Finally its the end of June and I had to request a refund. Hung up on me by the end of the call. Not sure if its amnesia or poor business. I had a really disappointing experience with one of your phone reps—Ray, I believe. I simply called to ask if a part was in stock, and instead of a basic yes or no, I was told I needed to provide my license number just to get that information. When I referred to the tankless water heater as a “machine” (after already explaining what it was), he became rude and eventually hung up on me.
