I can't say Thank you enough to Helen the showroom manager. I ordered a seal kit part for a leaking DXV Faucet.It was supposed to be available but never shipped she called the supplier and they said it was no longer available. She kept following up,with no resolution on the suppliers end. She called her DXV rep and said you have to help this customer.....and they did. They replaced the faucet . Trying to fix my furnace before the snow storm as nobody what’s to work anymore. After troubleshooting my garbage it was determined I needed a Hydrolevel 170sv unit I was notified by another FW Webb store that Waterbury had (4) in stock After diving 30 minutes and entering the parts counter ; I was greeted by the most arrogant employee named George who would not sell me this item. Store very racist. Don’t sell to black people. States you must have a license to sell any parts to customers. The man behind the counter stated to shop at Home Depot.
