Great selection but no service on Saturdays. The associate was on the phone, and didn’t acknowledge me in any way. After about 10 minutes of browsing I left. I guess phone sales trump in store.
We purchased a Bocchi farmers sink from FW WEBB’s in Springfield. We wanted to open the box there at the store to make sure that we also received the kit (colander, roll up mat & cutting board) . We were told that it wasn’t necessary as they assured us that it was in the box. When we arrived home we found that the kit was NOT in the box. That had to be placed on order.
