The springfield location is honestly the worst supply house I have ever had to get parts from. The registers are always empty and often the counter guys will stop your transaction to talk withsome who just walked in for sometimes 10 minutes at a time. Or even grab people in line behind you so they can talk with them. Wait time at the count is an average 10-20 minutes.
Storefront customer service is terrible. Unprofessional, not helpful, and downright confrontational.
Had a very unprofessional interview, that truly lacked interest, and talent seeking in behalf of the company's best interest. I applied for a position that I was overqualified for, and the hiring managers lack of professionalism to represent his companies core values, to maintain a strong team, continuing outstanding customer service in the competitive trade was concerning.
