Great, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They keep the most stock of anyone in town. Also the only supply house in town that’s open on weekends in the winter. They’ve gotten me out of a pinch more times than I can count.
I called The Pittsfield Massachusetts store as I Needed a part for my boiler. The genius on the phone seemed Confused and really did not want to look up the part number. So I ordered one from Amazon.- installed works great.. Few days later I called back to the store as I wanted to keep a spare part on hand. -this time I was told They “only sell stuff to licensed technician” ?? So I ordered 2nd one from Amazon. I would like to support the local Business, because this depressed area really need some help, but this guy did not ... read more
