Very helpful staff that seemed like they actually wanted to help, not just that they are told they have to. They had the part I needed at far less than everyone else and those others were out of stock and needed to be shipped if I wanted it. Because I am a novice, I returned to the store later for technical advice. Dan, the in the HVAC department, was very patient and helpful even though my question was at an extremely novice level. Can't rave enough about Jessica and the folks at FW Webb! As a high end residential design/build firm, their expertise, responsiveness, overall professionalism and range of products make us look good for our clients time and time again. Can't recommend enough.
The people that work there don’t know the difference between Pex a and pex b. They need employees who know how to pick the proper fittings off the shelf. It’s honestly sad.
