This Webb is better than the Concord one, but some of the employees are clueless with parts knowledge. Their is an older man who works there. I keep forgetting his name, but he always calls you, sir, he is amazing. he just wanted to give him a shout-out.

It was my first time shopping at a F.W. Webb Company store and I found the store to be very organized and easy to navigate. Finding the items I needed way quick and easy and the one item I did not locate an associate was able to quickly search and answer my question. Unfortunately they no longer carry that particular item but I will be a loyal customer because of my experience.
