Nick’s professionalism and customer service is absolutely superb. I was having a mini split issue with a manufacturer that F.W. Webb sells. I was delighted that Nick was willing to assist me as well as provide me with valuable information necessary to solve my problem. F.W. If you are a private owner looking for parts, you are out of luck with this shop. They will not sell furnace parts to you. I guess they think it's still the 70s. Two stars because the gentleman who I talked to was polite.
We had a very positive experience in the Concord NH showroom thanks in large part to Autumn who patiently answered all our questions and did some research for us re light fixtures. It was so helpful to work with someone who is knowledgeable and professional. It’s hard if not impossible to get this kind of service in the “big box” stores. Good lighting isn’t cheap and cheap lighting isn’t good. The same can be said of bathroom fixtures. Thank you Autumn!!
Your Web site needs to give better driving directions. Your employees should not give out directions when they do not know area street names.
