Called the first time about a wasp issue at my home, they took my information and said a technician would call me back…no call. Called a second time, they said they didn’t have my inquiry in their system, took my information again…6 days later still no call back from a technician. Do better F & W.

We hired FNW back in September we had to fire them in January. We have had the same problem since the minute we hired them. All we have had is excuses that certain people have certain licenses for certain things and every time you call them with a monthly plan it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to show up. Meanwhile, the mice and rats run through your house. Update: Jan 2025 I previously had good experiences with them, however I believe one of their technicians has left (or switched routes). The last few visits the new tech has not done the treatments to the rear of the home. Customer service claims that this is due to differences in treatments for the winter. But the fact is - the work and inspections that were done on the front and side were not done in the back. The tech did not even go to the back. This is the second time. Jim inspected my bedroom thoroughly and put concern about bed bugs to bed, if you will. He explained clearly why we could not have bed bugs, despite my GF being convinced they were the cause of a rash. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. I would be happy to have him or his firm back in case of another issue.

Really bad communication and customer service. They won’t return your calls, which effectively renders any warranty you have with them null and void. Recommend looking for a more responsive company.
