F&W is great - we have a lot of trees near our house our service technician, Jose Rosario, is just fantastic. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He helps protect our house against carpenter ants, termites and other pests preventing much bigger problems and does a great job of explaining the details. He's a real pleasure to work with and we're grateful to have him.

I have been a customer for 20 plus years. When it was a smaller company they were better. I have simple instructions to call when they are on the way. This never ever happens. We have dogs that need to be locked up and several work from home. It’s simple, call before you came so we can be ready. NOT THAT DIFFICULT. Seriously thinking of going with a smaller local company.

My family has used F&W for the past five years and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to add on this service. Jose has been our primary technician and words really cannot capture the great service he personally has given us. We've worked with F&W for over a year and a half and our problem has only gotten bigger. We don't even see the technician, I only see the bill. Waste of money, waste of products, not effective AT AL
