Went in for my wife 40th birthday dinner and after our order being skipped over 8 times we asked what was taking so long, the manager asked the cook (in Spanish perhaps thinking I don't speak Spanish) and he said it hadn't even been started. Asked to cancel the order and the manager refused saying it was coming right up fresh and hot they were just waiting on a couple tacos. Then it wasn't even complete.
