Bad Value. I have eaten at several Fuzzy stores that are fine, but the Denton Location on Industrial gives out skimpy portions for the normal price at all the stores.Th`e salad was good as usual, but it was more of a side salad than a meal like it is everywhere else. The margarita was pretty lousy too. I will go to other locations that are a better value but not the downtown Denton location ever again.

I am a regular at this store in Plano. I do enjoy going there however when i came in tonight the facility seemed unpleasant and the staff seemed disgruntle. the white male that helped me at that register was very rude and seemed off. His demeaner was not well and he seemed in a bad mood. the food was ok but it seems this store is not what it used to be. The place was a mess, i found a hair in my food and the people were unpleasant. i will not be returning to Fuzzys taco shop.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for!! The GM at Fuzzy taco shop in Plano Texas (2205) is a horrible company to work for. The GM works from 12-5 every day and schedules himself according to his convenience. He comes to work early in the morning to complete catering orders, but however has ONE cook complete the whole order so he can deliver it and collect the $50 tip. No bueno Fuzzy’s! Tried to change all my points to the new app and lost almost $20! I had been a dedicated customer and saved my points for a long time. Dissapointed! Can you help???

My experience on Saturday, August 6, 2017 at the Fuzzy's in Athens, Ga was terrible. The manager on duty, Austin, was rude to me and I even saw him curse and throw a menu at another customer. I will not be returning to this or any other Fuzzys.

We were served a ground beef burrito and the tortilla was COLD. When I asked about the cold tortilla the food person who made it just ignored me.I went back to the ordering counter and asked Jesus about it and his responce was thats how they come.Thats why the one by me failed and closed because of bad customer service.I tried to give it another chance but was unable to eat it and the tea was horrible(even my daughter wouldnt drink it).This was at 561 W campbell rd,richardson .Texas. at about 1pm today..

I've been to this location several times and to be honest I do not know why I go back. The staff is anything but friendly and helpful most of the time. The food is sub-par and this last time I went (See pictures) I got a bite of nachos with a sharp metal strip in it. It was in my mouth!!! I mean just unreal! Terrible bar service at Sugarland TX locatiion. Waited forever to get a bloody margerita out if the machine. I was sad when the one midtown burned down but you can burn this one down any time. Short the stock.
