This company does a great job of customer service. The price they quoted me over the phone seemed quite reasonable, but when I showed up the next day with my wool rugs, she told me about a 40% discount. Bonus! One of my rugs needed some binding repairs, and she wasn't sure if they could do it. But she called me back within the hour and said they could do those repairs, and gave a time frame for said repairs. I'm very impressed.
