I stop using this place about 2 years ago. Melissa the owner is like Jekyll and Hyde! When I first started using them she was really nice but can be very overbearing. I was a regular. One time around Christmas I needed sissy groomed but didn’t have the money till the first of the year, Melissa said the was ok & I could pay her when we got r check but a few days later she was calling & calling wanted to know when I was going to pay her. My dog has horrible anxiety so he doesn't get groomed often. He was looking really shaggy so I decided to give it a try and take him here. She held him for the whole time I was there and never put him in a cage, plus he looks amazing! Picking him up was like getting a brand new dog! I love Melissa and her staff. They are great people and really care about your dog. I will always take mine to her!
Very thrilled with Fuzzy Wuzzy pet salon. Everyone who took care of my mom's dog, who adopted my mom and step dad. They took care of their dog with the best of care. She will be coming back here because she felt safe and very happy..
Either these people giving five stars have never been inside this facility or they are just posting fake reviews, or both. I took my dog there to get groomed, the place was an absolute pig sty, and the barking was so loud that I could barely hear what anybody was saying. When I asked what the price of the grooming was, NONE of the three persons in there could give me a straight answer. I love this business and I have found its owners, Melissa and Mike to be caring, professional and personable. Our dogs actually look forward to their grooming appointments. We have used other similar services for boarding our pets and this business is by far and away the best.
I really like this groomer. She did a wonerful groom on our Pomeranian. Not a fan of the owner. Hope this groomer stays she has groomed our baby twice now.
I took my Marly for the first time they did an awesome job friendly and professional the best in the business in my book
