Staff is usally very nice but the time is the biggest issue. We had ordered 2 quesadillas and fries and it took 50 min to reveive the food. I had to go to the counter and ask about my order and was told the pager did not ring for some reason and the food has been sitting there for around 20-30 min by then.
This is literally laughable!!! There’s no way you thought this was acceptable and when i called they hung up
I’m really not happy to rate this low, but I have to. I was very disappointed with the food I had today. I ordered a Grilled Steak Burrito Bowl and it arrived cold. The rice was hard, undercooked, like just some cold water put in it, and it was overly salty. The meat was very different from what I’ve had before, and overall the meal was awful, I couldn’t finish it and ended up staying hungry the whole day. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
