They are absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, care about your pets as if they were their own, and treat you with respect. If you don't like something (such as your dogs haircut), they'll fix it until you do. If you're dog is sensitive they work with them to make them comfortable and if they can't, they don't push it and refer you elsewhere. They never treat the animals or the owners as if they're all the same. It's truly an incredible place and all my dogs love them! Definitely 5 stars for sure!
My Aunt (Joelle) asked me to write a review because she does not have FB. She brought her new dog Freddy to you on Thursday and was thrilled with your services. He looked fabulous and was feeling like a new man after his spa treatment. Thank you for being so good to her new bestfriend!
Our foster dog, LaLa, has had problems with sore feet because her pads are so tender, with little wear on them & she kept getting cuts & nicks... She would not let me cut her nails but they needed trimming badly. I have to say Diana at Fuzzbutz, and their whole team this morning were so good with her! LaLa is a big, strong, girl (Catahoula/Bulldog) and while she loves people, she was not too keen on anyone touching her sore feet. Have been going to Deb for years. She has tons of experience and is able to groom our collie to our specifications. Flynn loves her and jumps up on the grooming table before she's even ready! Loves his spa days!
I just brought my dog here and can’t say enough good things! The staff is very kind and were great with my dog! We had a bad experience with another grooming company and were nervous bringing our dog somewhere new, but fuzzbutz made us feel so much better and we will be coming back!
Brought my puppy in to get his nails trimmed because he does not let me get near them at all! They were awesome with him, we were in and out and it is a great price !! Highly recommend
Leslie was awesome trimming our 70 pound big baby of a pitty's nails. Easiest and fast trim yet. Thank you we will definitely be back!!
