My 14 yr old had her eye brows waxed here so they would be done for her first day of Grade 9. They burned her eye lids- both sides. Now she has to go on Tuesday with a scab under her brow. I was and am shocked that a place that supposedly specializes in waxing would do this. I incompetent and dangerous.
If you’re looking for any service at Fuzz Whitby, I highly recommend Victoria. She’s very professional and pleasant.
