Absolutely enjoyed my service at the Fuzzy Wax Bar Whitby. It was my first time and I had serious reservations about having a wax service. However Melanie was so patient and kind. She explained the service to me, what she would be doing and how the after care process should work. She was comforting and engaging but not overly chatty as to be annoying. Very knowledgeable about the process and created a relaxing environment. If you follow the pre and post care instructions, then you should be fine. Definitely recommend going.
Excellent service and professionalism! Fuzz Bar Whitby was a lifesaver after the Hand & Stone next door unexpectedly cancelled my pre-booked appointment. They answered the phone right away and were able to fit me in. Shemoya was professional and provided an excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning, and glad to have found this location and a talented professional.
The worst brow lamination i’ve ever had, left with my eyebrows in the extract same condition as when i arrived. The solution was only left on for about 2 seconds before wiping it off which i questioned.. the girl told me that’s how long their product can stay on for. Sure enough when I left my brows were still growing almost completely downwards. No difference at all, waste of money! This place is underwhelming
