My experience with Fuzion Fitness was extremely frustrating and financially stressful. I paid my membership in full up front and later requested a refund when services were not provided as expected. Customer service at Fuzion Fitness was slow, unhelpful, and inconsistent—be careful before signing up.
Fuzzion fitness is by far the best gym in Waterloo region. The gym is always spotless, and the people working at the gym are very customers friendly. They are also very accommodating and helpful.
Ive been going for almost 10 years and there has been a real change in atmosphere there. Whatever mom and pop feel that this gym had is completely gone. Every small thing has been monetized. They have a great variety of weight machines.
