Sensors never work anymore since Jax took over. Have to wait for attendant to come over every time to check my plate even though I pay for a seamless process with the subscription. Even if it works, you’re met with 4-5 screen prompts you have to navigate to upgrade and leave tips before you’ve even been given the service. On top of that, now you have to awkwardly wave off people not to dry your car every time you leave. Hard pass on this subscription model. Left to go somewhere else more seamless.
Do not go to this location I had the worst service. The guy named James gave me a nasty attitude was not able to click the screen for me to continue to enter the car wash, but was able to click the screen to put my plate in and fix it made me get out of my car and click. The button went around again cause my car didn’t get cleaned the best then continue to cuss me out because I told the manager on him and how he should have better customer service if I was able to give this zero star, I would do not go to this location.
