What a sad joke for a "company"! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WILL BREAK THE LAW! I rented a house from these people for about a year. When I first saw the house, I told Matt (the head property manager) that it smelled like cat urine in the house. I noted this on our move-in documentation.
