The property manager is absolutely aweful
Good experience. Rented my home out while I was upside down. When the market came around, they were able to sell it quickly for me and since they managed other properties they placed the tenant in another one of their properties. Recommend!
I rented from FutureVision when I lived in Illinois. They were great. Always a quick response to my work orders and sent clean cut professional guys. They were fair and timely with my security deposit return. Would rent from them again.
I really needed this apartment I been homeless since 18 years old trying to survive in get off the streets they turn me down due to my credit I have a job in make enough to cover rent I'm so sad I feel like giving up this is my 9 apartment that turned me down I'm so heartbroken that apartment depends on your credit then the money
my partner and i lived here for 3 years; never missed a payment (auto bill pay). for christmas the heat was off- it often was. the water, too was often turned off, without notice. repairs rarely happened; they offered nothing but a roof. when we moved out, they changed us $600 for a dirty stove, and a bent refrigerator bar on the inside of the door. $600 would buy a whole new fridge! never rent from these guys, they will take your money and give you nothing in return.
