The landlord is a good and respectful person. However, the new tenant who took over after us (his name is Omar) was very unfriendly and difficult to deal with. We asked him if we could leave our broken car on the empty lot just until 8 AM the next morning, but instead he called the police and had the car towed. This cost us about $900 to get the car back. He also did not return our AT&T internet equipment, which created additional problems for us. Based on our experience, I recommend being careful when dealing with him.
