My wife and I drove up to Future Ride yesterday to look at a Honda Pilot they had for sale. We met with Jimmy and he was excellent though out the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the car, friendly and happy to chat with us. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE here! We had been looking at a car and reached out to take a look at it in person. We spoke with the MANAGER and set up an appointment with him to see the vehicle. We drove almost 2 hrs to come look at it and when we showed up to the lot it was closed and the car we had an eye on wasn’t even there! We called them and they didn’t remember they had the appointment! They were asking what our form of payment was gonna be before we even saw the car!!!! Who does that!?
