It’s very good Sarvice from all team. Specially from Mark he answered all questions and keep everything very transparent. Even taking responsibility after hours ( Friday night) as well specially when we in really critical times but he didn’t give up and tried his best. I will definitely call him first for any Sarvice from his side withouts any hesitation. I can’t forget Stephanie for all hard work in background. Thanks Stephanie and Mark. Keep it up good work.
Having dealt with the demands regarding supporting documentation requested by the big 4 banks over many years, it was indeed a pleasure to deal with the team at Futurerent. Streamlined efficient systems and processes, team members working hand in hand together to deepen the client relationship and ensure the onboarding was fast and enjoyable. Process was relatively straight forward and easy. Much easier than dealing with a traditional lender and a lot less paperwork to effectively access some equity out of property. Took a little while longer than I thought it would to step through it all, but all went smoothly.
The Futurerent team were great to deal with. No fuss, nothing was too complicated, the paperwork was minimal and the response was quick. The second deal was done late on a Thursday, everything went smooth. I even got a text on the Saturday from Godfrey checking that I had the funds. The finance team were great and Stephanine was very helpful when it came to reconcilliations and final settlement. It is a complete disaster and very disappointed with futurerent's credit team. After providing all the relevant records and meeting the lending criteria, credit team has knocked my application just because we live on the same lot with tenant (tenant lives in Granny). Futurent wants me to switch my real estate agent for their peace of mind. Very illogical, unprofessional, unfair and unethical treatment of the organisation. I have already committed few things based on their offer and now I have to deal with unnecessary hassle.... read more
