The Futurerent team were great to deal with. No fuss, nothing was too complicated, the paperwork was minimal and the response was quick. The second deal was done late on a Thursday, everything went smooth. I even got a text on the Saturday from Godfrey checking that I had the funds. It is a complete disaster and very disappointed with futurerent's credit team. After providing all the relevant records and meeting the lending criteria, credit team has knocked my application just because we live on the same lot with tenant (tenant lives in Granny). Futurent wants me to switch my real estate agent for their peace of mind. Very illogical, unprofessional, unfair and unethical treatment of the organisation.
