I own a SummerSpace awning that was missing a remote. I had paid good money to our local dealer who went out of business before delivering remote. I called Futureguard, and spoke to Keith in customer service. He accommodated us by replacing and setting up remote. I am grateful, and thank Futureguard for being proactive towards customers. Thanks.
