Claim to be a 5 star, but leaves floors short staffed, overworking the remaining people. Residents end up getting subpar quality care then the aides get blamed because of it. Never have supplies needed to properly care for residents half the time.
The entrance is welcoming and clean . My friend was on the5th floor and it was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
