Physical therapy department very nice with helping my husband re gain his mobility..and the staff very friendly and courteous
On the first night of our mother’s admittance to the rehab center my siblings and I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Robin Gay. She wasn’t the charge nurse for my mother however she made our acquaintance and proceeded to familiarize us with many of the procedures. Nurse Gay made my siblings and I feel confident that we had made the right choice in selecting Future Care Lochern for our mother’s rehabilitation.
I'm having an awful experience. First visit you lose my father's wheelchair and do nothing about it for 4 weeks. He comes back to your facility and you lose his clothes. Your facility doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!
My mom became a resident of Future Care on yesterday. I was so pleased with the way the staff welcomed my family. Hats off to Nurse Robin Gay for all her kindness and support. I felt comfortable leaving my 96 year old mother in her care!
