4th floor ALWAYS smells like urine & walking past some rooms it smells like feces. I have to wear two masks to try & block the smell when I visit my friend.There appears to be a deficit of needed workers to accommodate the needs of the patients. When I mention the smells to the nurses station they look at me like a deer in the headlights. My friend was scheduled for a shower but did not have one; I had to ask the aid myself. Can someone please look into this? Thank you
This facility is the worst that my mother has been in. The staff is very lazy unless Devin is working on that shift/floor he’s the only one that feels as though all patients on the floor is his patient and he attends to them. I feel like he’s under paid because he really does his job and never complains. If you have a family member at this facility please go and check on them because the other nurses or techs don’t care nothing about them they are just there for a paycheck.
My dad has been at future care for awhile and has been back and forth between hospitals and futurecare has been so good to him. One person in particular who acted quickly and was helpful was Jabril Alexander! Jabril located my dad's possessions after not being able to locate them! Olu is also an amazing nurse! Great job and thank you!
Unf. Mr Eline did not have an appt at VA as scheduled. Next appt I know of is next week.Staff fid great job accompanying him but some mix up because we got there and no appt. His MR,I is next week and will hope Darita can get the same excellent service as yesteday
