I spent two months at Future Care Homewood after my accident, from John Hopkins to FCHW while in a wheelchair, and I’m so thankful for the care I received. The staff were not only professional, Tamara the Social worker and Kristopher The Director. A truly kind and supportive team. Receptionist Nadean , Mr Falaine treated me with patience on the tough days and celebrated the small victories with me, which made a huge difference in my recovery. Future Care nursing home I'm getting excellent care, for the most part everyone is polite and courteous
This facility is like many others unfortunately when it comes to long term care. The people lack compassion for the residents and are rude. The rehab portion of the facility is great. All the therapist are amazing and genuinely have a love and respect for the patients but the GNA's and some nurses are just so awful that a 1 is all I can give.
