Awful care! Worst location ever!
One of our residents was transferred to Future Care-Homewood from the hospital. We were extremely pleased with the level of care provided by the staff to include (PT, OT, Nursing Staff, Speech therapist & Aids). Ms. Tammy the Social Worker was GREAT! She stayed in communication with the family and ensured all medical/social expectations were met for a successful recovery to return back to the assisted living. everyone in the facility is great but I want to make a special mention to the housekeeping department. I met the director Mr. Jabril Alexander and him and his team truly exceeded my expectations, Ms. Brenda my housekeeper is amazing! since I've been here services has been excellent! thank you Mr. Alexander and his team.
This location is not at all as clean and neat as these pictures make it seem. The nursing aids are nasty and mean to the patients and the nursing staff is too with the exception of just a few of them. The director of the place is nice but doesn't seem to have too much control of what is happening in that building. The place is sometimes nasty and stays that way all the time. After the staff cleans up the rooms more of stench is left which means the products they are using are probably old. My family member has had things go ... read more
