Future Care nursing home I'm getting excellent care, for the most part everyone is polite and courteous
This facility is like many others unfortunately when it comes to long term care. The people lack compassion for the residents and are rude. The rehab portion of the facility is great. All the therapist are amazing and genuinely have a love and respect for the patients but the GNA's and some nurses are just so awful that a 1 is all I can give. House cleaning was poor in patients rooms staff was pleasant, lack of comfort for visitors to sit , upkeep of patient could be addressed
