FutureCare Homewood is the Cleanest Facility of the 3 that my 94 year old mother has used. Mom Raves about the good food and friendly Professionals who took care of her in Homewood. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by some of the friendliest front desk people who make you feel welcome. As you make your way through the Facilities you notice that Homewood was Cleaner then The Hospital. Everyone was hard at work , from the Nurses to the Custodians. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional treatment my niece received while attending the CNA program at this facility. What she experienced was both unfair and discouraging for any student trying to further their education and career in healthcare.
