The workers were very courteous and polite.
This facility doesn't provide quality care to the patients there. If you have a loved one that is dying, and are a resident there,the care they receive is horrible. It's like they just put them in a room and forget about them. The facility is always short staffed. The nurses and aides are rude, and don't want to do their jobs.
