The Facility was well-lit and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.
Everyone is very polite and courtesy. It's good to see the same team working with the patients and the patients feel comfortable with the Nurse/CNA. Only problem I see is they are short staff and it takes a long time answer the call light when a patient calls for help.
