My cousin is pleased with her mother's care but in my opinion my aunt is in bed in one position for too long throughout the day and I fear that she might get bed sores. So farso good though as far as I know.The staff on her floor is kind and pleasant natured.
No remote for TV. Phone on top of light. She can't reach it. Help button was on floor in back of bed. She can't reach it. Both wall clocks need batteries. Place was clean.
