We have used Future Tree Service several times over the years, both proactively and emergently. They are always professional and do a great job. The folks that say that the service is expensive clearly don't have a current market perspective of the cost to safely do tree services.
Horrible Company. They came to my mother's house earlier this year and charged over $1,000 to trim a tree and promised to come back to continue the job by putting bolts in the tree to hold it together due to a significant crack. Months went by and nothing. We tried calling them multiple times. We were told by his daughter he would finally be over on a particular Saturday. Saturday comes and goes. Did a fantastic job removing a dangerous limb over our roof for a very good price. Pleasant hard working people, will absolutely use their services again!
Neighbors had work done, and they tampered with my fence, used my fence as a retaining wall, and crossed about 4 feet across my property line and almost took my whole tree out. I have called several times, and the owner refuses to call back. Update, guess I am going to have to file a complaint with the city!. Still very little response and not a call from the owner. Time for legal action! Still nothing done, filing papers Monday!
