I got my Macbook Pro screen replaced after it gave up on me. It took a day for the repairs to be done, which I find excellent compared to other places where you have to wait weeks. One thing: the screen was a bit dented on the exterior because of shipping, so they gave me a small rebate on the final price. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the repair. If ever my Mac needs other repairs, I’m definitely going back!
I came into the shop for two things: a battery replacement for my friend's watch and a strap size adjustment for my own. At first, the staff member was polite and said the strap adjustment is usually $10, but he’d do it for free. He also quoted $20 for the battery replacement. I recently bought a Google Pixel 6 from this store. The mic does not work when the phone is on speakerphone. Took 3 staff members to sell me a phone and none of them mentioned that there was anything wrong with the phone. I guess now I know why I was offered a $100 discount with no explanation as to why
