Paid 42$ and my screen protector cracked a week later from putting it face down on my desk
Absolutely terrible. Customer service is horrible. I bought a camera protector and it cracked instantly with me just placing my phone down. I asked for a refund and they started yelling at me saying it’s my fault and no one has ever complained (BS). Once they raised their voices i asked them to calm down nicely and she said she would get security and yelled at me to leave. All of the workers are very rude. Never go here. They damage my screen in the process of replacing the battery. then denied it. The screen was fine when i took it in. Told me it would be $300 exta to fix. Ya no. Payed them to fix my phone battery, they couldn't even do that right, damage the screen and lie straight to my face about it. Save your money, time and phones and go elsewhere
We went in, to buy a used phone from them. The first one had some issues. They took the time to try and fix the problem. They ended up exchanging the phone for us. The second one works amazing. Sara, was our salesperson. She was very easy to talk with. Very understanding. The other two gentlemen men were also very polite and easy to talk to. Overall we are happy we went there. We would recommend this business.
