They fixed my screen and battery, but broke my microphone. Probably hoping i’d come back for them to fix it. Not impressed at all. On top of that there’s touch screen issues with my phone that weren’t there before. (scrolling and tapping happening without touching the screen) Very frustrating especially considering their high prices
I purchased a used cell phone from this business a few weeks ago. The speaker began acting up after a few days. They cleaned the speaker, which did not fix the problem. They proceeded to replace the speaker at no cost. The service was what it should be and the staff were friendly. I definately would recommend them to any one looking for a used phone or repairs to their phone.
Paid 42$ and my screen protector cracked a week later from putting it face down on my desk
Absolutely terrible. Customer service is horrible. I bought a camera protector and it cracked instantly with me just placing my phone down. I asked for a refund and they started yelling at me saying it’s my fault and no one has ever complained (BS). Once they raised their voices i asked them to calm down nicely and she said she would get security and yelled at me to leave. All of the workers are very rude. Never go here. They damage my screen in the process of replacing the battery. then denied it. The screen was fine when i took it in. Told me it would be $300 exta to fix. Ya no. Payed them to fix my phone battery, they couldn't even do that right, damage the screen and lie straight to my face about it. Save your money, time and phones and go elsewhere
