Honestly, you would get zero stars... for threatening my friend and having the worst attitude I have ever seen, oh and also the worst customer service I have ever seen. As a business owner you should know that customer service is more important than your pride and opinion. ADVICE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T BOTHER.
