Lily is who you want if buying or selling a home. We just bought our first home through Lily. Lily remained in regular contact, listened to what we wanted, and sent us new (and old) listings that fit our preferences. She was available to answer the millions of questions we had and offered needed advice. Lily was professional and made time for us despite our busy schedule.
I am genuinely surprised by Mr. Brown's recent review of Lily's performance. Having worked with Lily on three separate occasions, I can attest to her exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. Throughout our transactions, she has consistently demonstrated integrity and a high level of expertise. While I respect individual experiences, I can confidently recommend her as a dependable and highly skilled real estate professional.
I was the purchaser of a home they listed to sell. Lily was the listing agent. She consistently missed deadlines.you could text or call her but oftentimes never get any response. We had to walk her through a simple contract so she understood what was happening. Local businesses would give me that “look” when I shared who I was dealing with. The most difficult transaction I have ever dealt with. Zero stars would be a better option at least for my transaction.
