I was the purchaser of a home they listed to sell. Lily was the listing agent. She consistently missed deadlines.you could text or call her but oftentimes never get any response. We had to walk her through a simple contract so she understood what was happening. Local businesses would give me that “look” when I shared who I was dealing with. The most difficult transaction I have ever dealt with. Zero stars would be a better option at least for my transaction.

Lily Mendenall Review Selling our house with Lily Mendenall of Future Real Estate in Ruidoso, NM, was an outstanding experience. We had initially vetted several realtors and, unfortunately, chose one based on a recommendation. That turned out to be a big mistake. The first realtor didn’t take professional photos—just distorted iPhone pictures that didn’t do our home justice. Lily was absolutley amazing to work with. She was responsive and always answered our questions in a timley manner. We asked A LOT of questions and had a lot of concerns as this was our 1st time selling a home. She made the experience painless and less stressful. She went above and beyond to help us.
