Lily was recommended to me by a lender. I was very pleased and impressed by her high level of professionalism which led to closing on the day I requested. Lily is the best and only agent I would consider helping me to find a home in Ruidoso.
Living 6,000 miles away with a 7-hour time difference, we needed a great real estate agent to sell our home. That’s exactly what we found with Lily Mendenall. She’s the best! Lily helped sell my mother’s house in less than 2 months! It had been on the market for over a year and we Relisted with Lily and she was so easy and wonderful to work with! She communicates well and keeps in touch with you and is great at her job! She sincerely cares. I don’t hesitate one bit to tell others to go with Lily!
My wife and I were moving to New Mexico from Ohio. Lily sat down with us and truly listened to what we wanted and found us a house in one day! We were under contract in two days. We just closed on the house and could not be happier. Lily is a superb agent. She is highly professional, has a great personality, and is very, very easy to work with. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
