Mixed bag here. FAST and professional. However, they drug their feet on listing the house because they wanted it done their way, which included a home inspection done before she would even list it. If you have never sold a house before, give them a try they will make it super easy. If anything I mentioned sounds iffy, your options are extremely limited in this town, so keep that in mind.
RecommendedJeff & Michelle are great. They go over every aspect of the sale and tell you what you can expect from them. They also ask what we as the sellers expected from them. Jeff, Michelle and the whole team at Future had found a buyer for our house 3 days after we spoke and was showing in the house in 5 days. They had not even had time to put a sign in the yard when an offer was made and a deal done! I highly recommend them they strive for and achieve the goals of seller and the buyer.
