No return phone calls or emails after deal went south because of the Broker lying to sellers on what she could deliver. No wonder she does not her license any longer.
Future properties saved my life. Without there expertise and support throughtout my foreclosure ordeal I would not be where I am today. Tina owner of Future Properties tried to sell a house that the owner actually did not hold title for I am going through over 3 months of agony after moving cross country....LIES LIES LIES. If I could rate it -100 I would. They should have their real estate license revolked!!!

Future was by far the best company I have ever done business with. There knowlede surpasses any other agency I has come across. The broker and her team of agents have more insight in todays market and are very well trained in foreclosure and short sales. Thanks to them I found a wonderful home for me and my family. By Far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The seller doesn't know the products well, research for good properties is very poor. Using amateur sellers will bring this company down. The indian lady I dealt with had no idea of what she was doing, she couldn't answer me clearly on all the questions asked. Only pressing me towards making a decision, not letting me have many options. She was very money hungry only waiting to make a sale, not helping in negotiating for a good deal. They are by far the worst real estate company I have ever seen. They have no idea what they are talking about. More specifically they lie, don't advertise, and most importantly don't sell. Its almost like they have more important things to do than take care of they're customers
