Everyone is nice and great to work with. I really appreciate the coupons I get. I only have two things that I wasn't thrilled about. I made the first appointment at 7:45 and my car was not done for over an hour, which seems excessive for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, the service writer tried to sell me a service package that had many items I didn't need. I am open to the idea of doing more service, but only after someone takes a thoughtful look at what I've had done and compares it to what I need done, per the owner... read more
