I took my Nissan in for its 60k mile maintenance and totally expected to hang out for a few hours. To my surprise, the service advisor (Christopher Atterberry) offered to get me a Lyft to take me home and bring me back so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I don’t exactly live very close so I was really surprised and grateful for the offer. This allowed me to get back to work for a bit longer and made me feel like a valued customer.
