The first time I came here, my nails lasted less than a week. I called, and they were willing to fix my powder gel because it was already cracking and my natural nail underneath was starting to break. After the fix, my nails looked much better. However, here we are again—less than a week later—and my nails are cracked once more. They told me the issue was the top coat and blamed it on the weather. I find that unacceptable. Ask for the price of service before they start the work. The manager is very sneaky when it comes time to charge. A refill is supposed to be $40 and when you go pay they say it’s $65. They tell you a crome color is $15… OK, I get it, but $40 and $15 is 55, but why are they charging $65? Because they can. Do yourself a favor…. Always ask for the price of the service up front. To avoid them over charging you for the service. Always confirm that the price they are quoting you is the price in their price menu.

They(excluding the male receptionist, the 2 Spanish nail techs & the older Asian nail tech) only greet the white patrons sadly. They will stare at you and not say hi hello, which is so rude and despicable. Other than that they do an okay job when it comes to nails. Reply to owner's response: I really hope you do better and teach your fellow Asian nail techs to greet all people and not only the white patrons, it's 2025 so it's lame to be like that . Ps. I would never return to your establishment!

I needed a new nail salon since I am new to the area. Really great SNS nails by Jayla! Great shape and attention to detail for the application.
