New owner 20% off banner sign drew me in. The owner did great job on her client but the non english speaking lady didnt even clean under my toenails and the polish was a half butt done for the higher shell ac and she bumped wet toe nails with dryer. They claimed I was getting a discount but stated $25 at begining and rushed me in before I realy looking at the price sign. After the price was higher. She said giving me a discount card stamp.
