The service advisor did a great job to keep me informed of the status of my car and answered all of my questions effectively. The service was very quick and efficient and was completed as promised.
My purchase was very easy going and stress free thanks to my salesman and the finance guy. Future Ford is the place to get a new Ford, hands down.

I had a encounter with Joe Hansen, Service/Parts Manager at Future Ford, Roseville. Questioned repairs, Mr. Hansen was rude, condescending, loud, and unprofessional during our meeting.
