They were great. Got me a good deal on a Kia and the one I wanted. The took good care of me for someone buying their first car.

1 star. I brought my car in on Thursday to get it checked. By the end of the day, I was told it was a spark plug issue and that it would be ready early Friday. I didn’t hear anything back. By Saturday, after calling several times and leaving a voicemail with no response, I decided to go in person. That’s when I was told they didn’t even have the part and that I should have come in earlier if I wanted a rental. In the end, I just took the car back. Very frustrating experience.
Went out of their way to make the deal that worked for me.
