I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. After initially agreeing on a price for a manufactured home, they repeatedly raised the cost without justification. Even more frustrating, they refused to complete the necessary paperwork required by the VA, effectively blocking me from moving forward with the purchase. I have been working with riane on purchasing a home from future homes and she has been amazing through this whole process she really stayed within our budget and also gave us some upgrades that stayed amazingly in the range we needed I would definitely recommend her and her company for people I know who are looking to buy a manufactured home she’s definitely the woman to go through
