Stephanie is a godsend for landlords who manage properties from out-of-state. She is super responsive, always willing to tell you the truth, and consistently advocates for you as a landlord. She's also introduced me to some of the best service people in South Tampa! Have loved working with her for over five years--I'd trust her always.

We initially met Stephanie when we were PCSing to Tampa, and she helped us with virtual tours. We went against her advice and chose the wrong house, but she quickly stepped in, found us a new place to rent, and made the entire process seamless. Stephanie Poynor is a fantastic property manager plus as a Realtor, she knows Tampa and previously had her license in Kentucky years ago. She was my landlady in Kentucky and she truly cares about the welfare of her own tenants. Highly recommend.
