Do not use this company. We went under contract several times and JIm Wible the so called realtor told us he has 20+ investors and basically wasted 3 weeks of our time and countless hours signing contracts that never came to crap. This company sucks. I have to add that the so called investors sign contracts never put down a deposit and wait til just before closing to low ball you by 10’ of thousands. Second time i got a call from this organization unsolicited and while actively on the national do not call list. Please use better business practices.
Ryan Sack listed a house on Friday. I wanted to go see it today(Monday) to make a cash offer over asking but was told he's no longer accepting offers. They won't even leave your house on the market for more than two days to ensure you get the best chance of making the most on your sale. Don't list your house with these lazy people.
