Just purchased a 2026 GV70 Prestige in Ceres Blue and a CPO 2022 G90 in the same day with Genesis S.M. Big thank you to Salesman Sung and Sales Manager Carl. Great experience at Genesis Santa Monica! I called about vehicle in the morning and when I arrived they had a knowledgeable salesperson, Sung, waiting to greet me. The whole process was seamless and no pressure which was a plus. Sung was outstanding in explaining all the features and tech of the vehicle and Juan, Sales Manager, was outstanding to work with as well. The staff at Genesis Santa Monica were top notch. Karl, the sales manager, and our salesman Sung worked above and beyond in customer satisfaction. They made purchasing our GV70 such a great experience, so much so that we bought another car while we were there. Couldn’t have been more thankful for all they did for us.
