I was in the neighborhood and stopped by to look at some pre-owned EVs. Honestly, I didn’t think I was going to buy a car—I was just browsing. While I was looking around, I met Fred, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We test drove three different vehicles, and he was patient throughout the entire process. The process of dealing with the finance/business office was extremely frustrating. We were trying to work to get the deal done quickly, but multiple times they sent us the wrong contract - we were paying for the car in cash but they sent us an installment contract that had loan rates and monthly payments. When I pointed this out I just got a quick, flippant response of "this is the way it's done to protect the dealer."
