Let the buyer beware. They sold a car from under me and haven’t made it right. Instead they tried to price check us up $10k. I have never been disrespected so much in my life, and that includes basic training! They literally don’t care about customer service or repeat clients. And may the lord help you if your salesperson is sick. If you want the full story, my yelp review is quite detailed. Be very careful. Greed and lack of ethics are their company motto.
Stay away from these scammers! Rip off!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Future Ford of Sacramento! They took the money, did absolutely nothing and yelled at me when I brought this question up. I brought my hybrid for an oil change. Also I ordered ALL FLUIDS to be checked and refilled. Nick Dahlman, a service representative, told me that it’ll take a couple hours but actually it took over 6 hours.
