We moved into our new build in July of 2022. We have had nothing but issues with the flooring in our house which was all installed by Future Floors. The kitchen LVP flooring has a spot that keeps popping up, the basement carpeting has big seam running through half the room and recently had to have grout replaced in shower floor of primary bathroom. Do not use this place for tile. They are absolutely terrible. I am building a new house and there are issues in four different rooms. They have tried 2 different times to fix so far and it just keeps getting worse. The carpet guys did a pretty good job. Wood floor looks okay, but I wouldn’t pay them to do it again.
