AJ and his team did a great job with our solar installation. AJ was very responsive and easy to work with—explaining everything involved in the project and working well with our schedule. I had a great experience with AJ. The best part of Future Energy Solar is the customer service. He’s always available to answer questions or perform minor fixes after the initial installation. I’ve heard nightmares with Tesla customer service. I’ve had no major issues since our install in 2021 when we put on an almost 15kw system. I used the feature through national grid to find a solar company to install panels on my house. After getting 10 different bids I narrowed it down to 3 companies that were located in Massachusetts and had great reviews. I decided to go with Future Energy because they were the only company that went the extra step. I did all the research, so you don’t have to! :) I met with reps and got quotes from 34 solar companies. You read that right, 34 total quotes. Some reps came over to my house twice. I talked to most of them at least twice on the phone. I don’t make decisions rashly and I like to do my due diligence. What I liked about AJ (aside from giving me the cheapest quote for the highest quality panels) was the fact that he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
