Awful Receptionist – I received a handwritten coupon from Jocelyn for a discount off of a service. I was thrilled and planned on trying out the salon, since I had become disappointed with my regular Aveda salon. Only when I called did I notice that the coupon had already expired (I have a busy life as a graduate student and can't simply put my world on hold to go the salon). Excellent Service – I have been going here for 4 years. It is in a quiet location so when you first pull in, you question the environment (may appear to be a ghost town) but as soon as you walk in, you realize that you can rest at ease. It is a smaller salon where you can have a massage, facial, or get your hair done- all for reasonable prices. Always been greeted promptly in a friendly manner- never had a problem. Amazing experience!! – I was looking for all of the services of a very upscale salon, but watching costs at the same time. Future Concepts is just that! I had the most wonderful experience in getting both a pedicure and a manicure. From the moment I entered the door, I was warmly and graciously welcomed. not a good wow!!! – Hidden location, ghost town, looked like high school girls doing hair, unprofessional attitudes of technicians, rude front desk people, unattractive building/decor, way overpriced... Did I cover it all? Not even close. Hope Future Concepts isn't a chain!
Too much $ – I have never been to this Salon but it is right near where I work so I made an appt. When I asked the pricing for a men's haircut I was told it will be $44. I'm sorry, but a men's haircut should NEVER be that much $. Quit kidding yourself, it is not that difficult to spend 15 minutes cutting a man's hair. I have received many fantastic haircuts for closer to $20.
Awesome – The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. They all seem to be very talented and knowledgable at their craft
